These were the sentiments shared by Bryan, a Resident Assistant, when he reflected on his memorable journey organising the inaugural Helix House orientation. Indeed, the task at hand was monumental and challenging, as the committee of 10 Resident Assistants had to plan and execute an orientation for over 300 people from scratch with no precedent to follow.

The focus of the video is to highlight the harmful effects of vaping, not just on individuals, but also on those around them. By emphasising both personal health and the impact on others, the video successfully raises awareness about the dangers of vaping.
