Helix House is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive community, achieved through a partnership with our Resident Assistants (RAs)—student leaders who are selected through a rigorous process and live on-site. As an RA, you are crucial in bolstering the support network for our residents, ensuring their welfare, and enhancing their experience in collaboration with Resident Fellows (RFs) and the Residential Life (RL) team.

Our RAs receive comprehensive training to develop essential life skills that are invaluable during their tenure and beyond, often becoming the distinguishing factor in their future career success. These trainings cover a range of topics, including Crisis Management & Pastoral Care, Event Management, Communications, Professional Development, and Presentation Skills.

RAs are required to reside in the House, and will be provided a single room in the block under their care. We welcome all full-time NUS students, including residents and non-residents (undergraduate and postgraduate).
